Natura on time…..

•	Appointments are appreciated but walk-in’s are welcome. We’ll do our best to Accommodate you!
•	Please aim to arrive fifteen minutes prior to the start of your treatment. This will allow you to fully unwind and enjoy your allotted time.
•	As a courtesy to all our clients late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment if the schedule is booked.

Natura Cancellations…..

•	A credit or debit card will be required to secure all reservations.
•	If you wish to change or cancel your appointment we require 24hours notice.
•	No shows and cancellations after this time will result in 50% of your appointment’s cost billed to your card.

Natura Essentials…..

•	Please inform us if you have any medical conditions or special requirements.
•	Mobile phones must be turned off at all times within the day spa.
•	Valuables should not be brought onto the premises. Natura is not responsible for articles lost or stolen!
•	We accept all major credit cards.
•	Service charges….At your pleasure.
